WWLL asks for your help and support with the following safety & health policies:

1. Please remember that the RJ Ward Complex is a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from smoking at any time while attending your children’s games.

2. Please remember to obey simply driving courtesies, particularly while at the Conover Road complex. Safety is more important than timeliness when dropping off your children, so please remember to park and walk your kids to their field rather than dropping them off.  Drive slowly in all parking lots as children can and do walk quickly between parked cars.

3. Please do not stop for any reason along South Post Road or Conover Roads. It is extremely dangerous for all involved, particularly the kids exiting and entering vehicles.

4. Dogs are not permitted at the RJ Ward Complex.

5. We encourage all parents and guardians to stay at the fields with their children. However, should you leave your children during a game or practice, it is your responsibility to pick them up in a timely fashion.
