First and foremost, WWLL hopes that this email finds our member families safe and healthy; we know that many of our families are still without power, and our thoughts and prayers are with you for for fast resumption of power for everyone.
While we understand that Little League may not be foremost on everyone’s minds, we do find ourselves at the time of year when we need to get a few things done. If you are able to do so, please consider joining us for a few hours tomorrow, Saturday, November 3rd starting at 9 am at the Indoor Facility in West Windsor Community Park.
Due to the effects of the storm and our needs in advance of our renovation of the Indoor Facility, we’re going to hold 2 clean-up days this fall. The first will be this coming Saturday, Nov 3, from 9:00 am until about 12:00 noon at West Windsor Community Park. We need volunteers to help us move various equipment out of the Indoor Facility to our various nearby storage facilities, begin taking up the turf, pulling back all the nets, and generally cleaning up everything throughout the facility. We will also have a few people work to shut down the fields at WWCP.
We will also have a second clean-up day at Ward; date and time TBD depending on the power situation there. We’re don’t want anyone at Ward this week because we still have no power there, and there’s still a downed wire in the driveway.
Please RSVP for tomorrow's clean-up day by emailing Sean Bluni at
We look forward to seeing you this weekend or next, and again, our sincere wishes for a speedy recovery from the storm for everyone.
