Softball Pants Fitting:
Your daughters will receive their uniforms from her manager prior to Opening Day. The uniform is staying the same as previous years (sleeveless shirt, shorts, slider, socks and visor).
We are adding the option for you to purchase a pair of long softball pants which can be worn for any game or practice. The pants are available right now on our website’s online store section. The cost is $10 for girl’s sizes and $12 for women’s. We will be collecting the orders, placing them with our supplier on a weekly basis, and the pants will be available for you to pick up here in West Windsor a week later. We’ll make samples available for you to look at on several dates, starting tomorrow, Sunday Feb 13 at the WWCP Indoor Facility, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, (this coincides with softball clinics); and we’ll announce more details soon. For more details, visit our online store on our website.
Placement Workouts for Majors:
We will be holding “placement workouts” for all girls that will be playing in Majors this year; the girls will participate in a practice session at the WWCP Indoor Facility while being observed by the Majors managers. This will help guide the managers during their player draft to form teams. The girls only have to participate in one of the two workout sessions. The first will be on Saturday, Feb 26 beginning at 4:30 pm and the other will be on Tuesday, Mar 1 beginning at 6:30 pm. We will contact all players that want to play in Majors with more details.
You should be notified of your daughter’s team assignment around the first weekend in March.
We are providing several different types of coaches training this year:
WWLL Coaches Training: we are running our own coaches training on Sunday afternoons, Feb 27, Mar 6 and Mar 13, either outdoors or at our Indoor Facility. These will be run by Jackie Sasko of Gametime Performance in Hamilton, and will cover all aspects of the game. All managers and coaches are strongly urged to take advantage of this training. More details of the schedule will be sent to everyone who’s indicated that they’re volunteering to manage or coach this weekend.
District 12 Big Al Managers and Coaches Clinic for Baseball and Softball: Sunday, Mar 6 at Robbinsville High School. WWLL will reimburse any manager or coach that wishes to attend. It’s at Robbinsville High School. For more information, email
Safety Clinic: All coaches and managers are required to take a safety clinic once every 3 years. This year’s options are: Thur, Mar 3, Sun Mar 13 or Wed, Mar 23.
We are also introducing a pre-season player’s clinic, also run by Jackie Sasko. Teams should be formed before the clinics begin, and we will encourage the coaches and players to participate together as teams. The date of the player’s clinic is Sunday afternoon, March 20 with a rain date of Sunday, March 27. This clinic will cover all aspects of the game.
We'll be sending out emails as we get closer to Opening Day. If you have any questions, please send them to
