West Windsor Little League has several policies that govern our programs.
Refunds: Refunds are made only prior to the season starting, except where indicated on the registration form. Refunds can be made in the form of a check or credit to your original credit card. Refunds usually include a $25 administrative fee.
Background Checks: All adults who wish to Manage or Coach must complete the Background Check through the National Center for Safety Initiatives (www.ncsisafe.com). Any other adults who will be involved in the league including Board of Directors must complete this Background Check information as well. This includes anyone who will be in the dugout at any time during the season or who will participate on the field as well. Please email

Volunteer Duty - All families, except those with children registered to play Mini Tee Ball are required to work: (1) CONCESSION STAND SHIFT AS WELL AS COMPLETE (1) VOLUNTEER TASK (Including but not limited to: Awards Day, Clean-up Day, Coach, etc) Managers and approved coaches of all teams are exempt from Concession Stand Duties.
